With over 25 years of full-time experience in the racing industry, Louwrens has carved out a remarkable legacy, boasting an impressive collection of achievements that includes 8 national titles and 3 Roof of Africa victories. His extensive background as a racer, event promoter, and route director provides a wealth of knowledge and expertise that shapes every aspect of our events.

Together with his wife, Marilyn, Louwrens may lead a small team, but their unwavering commitment, passion, and faith are monumental. They are not just racing enthusiasts; they are dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience for participants, crews, and spectators alike. Supported by a the series partners, dedicated crew of race officials, service providers, landowners, and fellow industry lovers, they are tirelessly working to design fun, challenging events and incredible routes that highlight the beauty and thrill of racing.

Guided by the motto “Blessed to be a Blessing,” they are focused on giving back to an industry that has profoundly impacted their lives.
